Please send a deposit of £120 payable to William Robertson at time of booking. We will hold your booking for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit. The person making the booking must be over 18 years old. Bookings will either be confirmed by e-mail or by post.
Full payment is payable 6 weeks prior to start of holiday. If you are booking within 6 weeks of the start of your holiday payment in full is required at time of booking. Payments can be made by cheque. Directions, will be sent to you on receipt of final payment.
Holiday lets run normally from Friday to the following Friday. Entry can be gained after 4.00pm and the property must be vacated by 10.00am.
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing and made not less than 28 days prior to arrival date. Deposits will not be refunded unless the property is successfully re-let at the full price throughout the cancelled period. In the unlikely event of a property being unavailable for any reason the owners liability is limited to return of all monies paid.
Craigowrie cottage sleeps 4 people only. Additional people/children can be accommodated by agreement.
Craigowrie Cottage is strictly no smoking. Guests are asked to smoke outside.
Well-behaved dogs are welcomed by prior arrangement only.
Visitors are requested to leave the cottage clean and tidy. Cleaning materials are provided for guests in each cottage. Please report any damage, breakage or missing items, as replacements, repairs must be made before new visitors arrive.
